  4.              BOOKLET.DOC ==> A detailed operating manual for BOOKLET.
  5.              BOOKLET.COM ==> The program BOOKLET.
  6.              ORDER.TXT   ==> Order form for registering BOOKLET.

  8.                                Distribution Notice
  9.                         ────────────────────────────────
  10.              Booklet is distributed under the concept of USER SUPPORTED 
  11.         SOFTWARE.  This allows software authors to bring quality software 
  12.         to users at the least cost possible.  Under this distribution 
  13.         concept Booklet is yours to evaluate, copy and share with other 
  14.         computer users.  If, after evaluating Booklet, you find it usefull 
  15.         then register your copy with the author. 
  16.              It is important to register.  We trust users to register the 
  17.         software that they continue to use after evaluating it.  This is 
  18.         what makes USER SUPPORTED SOFTWARE possible.  Registered users also
  19.         are entitled to one year of free assistance in running Booklet.

  22.         (1) Fill out the Order Form in file ORDER.TXT
  23.         (2) Print the order form on you printer.
  24.         (3) Mail the order form and the $5.00 software fee to:

  29.              If you continue to use Booklet without donating, you are 
  30.         undermining the concept that has bought this and many other fine 
  31.         programs to you.

  33.              If Booklet has no use in your computer environment you are
  34.          still encouraged to copy and distribute Booklet to other computer
  35.          users.  As Booklet is copyrighted, please observe the following
  36.          restrictions:
  37.            1) The Booklet package and included programs are unmodified.
  38.            2) No charge be made for coping or distributing the Booklet
  39.               Package, except the cost of the diskette, handling, and/or
  40.               mailing charges.
  41.            3) Booklet, or any part of the Booklet Package, may not be
  42.               distributed as part of another software package, without
  43.               written agreement with the author, Woodrow Smith.
  44.            5) No group, organization or individual has the right to act
  45.               for the author as agent in the collection of donations,
  46.               fees or any other remuneration for the Booklet package or
  47.               any part there of, except by written agreement with the
  48.               author.
  49.            6) By accepting and using the Booklet package the user accepts
  50.               all responsibilities and liabilities for any damage created
  51.               to files, loss of data or legal consequences resulting from
  52.               the use of Booklet.

  54.                                  VERSION HISTORY
  55.                         ────────────────────────────────
  56.               Version numbers indicate what evolutionary copy of Booklet 
  57.          you are running.  Compare the version number of your copy to the 
  58.          newer copies to discovr if any new features are available. 
  59.                A changed left number indicate a major program feature has 
  60.          been added.  The middle number indicates a major reworking of an 
  61.          existing feature.  A changed right number indicates an minor 
  62.          change.

  67.                  underlining, bold and double strike printing and sub/super
